Having conducted our first energy audit in the 1990s for Hilton Hotel Trinidad, D2F has been involved in Energy Efficiency for decades. With the current drive for our planet to reduce carbon emissions , D2F is again at the forefront in the Caribbean. Currently, we are the local contractor responsible for installing 40 MW of solar energy in Phase 1 of the first utility-scale solar project in Trinidad and Tobago. Our clients in the petrochemical, utility, and manufacturing sectors are continuously implementing strategies to reduce their carbon footprint, and D2F has emerged as the Electrical and Instrumentation contractor of choice. Whether through solar installations, DCS/SIS upgrades for improved reliability and control, or Energy Efficiency Improvement Projects (EEIPs), we support our clients in their quest for reduced carbon emissions.
